Her background includes senior leadership roles in the tech sector - most notably at PeopleDoc, where she was instrumental in scaling U.S. operations, leading to a $300M acquisition by UKG. At UKG, she led the North America HRSD team, driving revenue and operational strategies for 3 product lines.

During her tenure at B/E Aerospace (now Boeing Distribution Services), Kiki managed contracts in excess of $500M, with large global clients like Boeing, United Technologies, and Airbus.
